നമ്മളും ദൈവവുമായുള്ള കലർപ്പില്ലാത്ത സംസാര നിമിഷമാണ് പ്രാർത്ഥന.. A real communication with God..ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മുൻപിൽ മറച്ചു വെക്കുവാൻ ഒന്നും തന്നെ ഇല്ല.. കാരണം നമ്മുടെ രഹസ്യവും പരസ്യവും നന്നായി അറിയാവുന്ന ഒരേ ഒരാൾ അതു ഈശ്വരനാണ്. പിന്നെ എന്തിനു നാം ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മുൻപിൽ മറച്ചു വെക്കണം..
അങ്ങനെയെങ്കിൽ നമ്മുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥന ഇങ്ങനെയൊക്കെ ആകണം

1- പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ സ്തുതി ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.
സ്തുതി എന്നാൽ എല്ലാം സൃഷ്ട്ടിച്ച ദൈവത്തോടുള്ള നന്ദി അർപ്പിക്കൽ ആണ്.. ദൈവ കരുണക്കു സ്തുതി.. നന്മകൾക്ക് സ്തുതി.. സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് സ്തുതി
ദൈവത്തിനു സ്തുതി!
2- പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ അനുതാപം ഉണ്ടാക്കണം( R- Repent )
പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ ആണുതാപം ആണോ അതോ അഹങ്കാരം ആണോ നിഴലിക്കുന്നത്.. ഞാൻ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല എന്ന ബോധത്തോടെ പ്രതിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഉത്തമം.. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മുൻപിൽ നിൽക്കുവാനോ ദൈവമുഖത്തേക്ക് നോക്കുവാനോ ഈ എനിക്കു യോഗ്യത ഇല്ല എന്ന ബോധത്തോടെ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഉത്തമം..
എന്നാൽ ചിലരുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥയിൽ ചില അധികാര അഹംകാരം ഭാവങ്ങൾ വരുന്നത് എന്നെ പലപ്പോഴും വിഷമിപ്പിക്കാറുണ്ട്..
അനുതാപ ഹൃദയത്തോടെ നമുക്ക് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കാം
3) 3 പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ ആഗ്രഹത്തോടെ ദൈവത്തോട്അ റിയിക്കണം
പിടിച്ചു വാങ്ങാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നാൽ ആഗ്രഹത്തോടെ ദൈവത്തോടെ പറയാം എന്നാൽ ദൈവ ഹിതം എന്തെന്ന് നാം മനസിലാക്കാതെ പോകരുത്..ദൈവം കരുണർദ്രനാണ്.. ദൈവം നമ്മെ മാനിക്കും
4) പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള തീരുമാനം വേണം
പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ നല്ല തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.. ചിലതിനെ ഉപക്ഷിക്കും എന്ന തീരുമാനം.. അതു ദൈവത്തോട് നമ്മൾ പറയുന്ന നമ്മുടെ തീരുമാനം ആകട്ടെ.. അതു ദൈവീക തീരുമാനം ആകട്ടെ..
5) പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ പ്രതീക്ഷകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കണം
നമ്മുടെയും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെയും ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ പ്രതീക്ഷയോടെ അറിയിക്കാൻ ദൈവത്തോട് സാധിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് ആഗ്രഹങ്ങൾക്ക് ചിറക് മുളക്കുന്നത്.. പ്രതീക്ഷ ഇല്ലാത്ത അധര ചെല്പനങ്ങൾ ആകരുത് പ്രാർത്ഥന..
6) പ്രാർത്ഥന സന്തോഷ നിമിഷങ്ങൾ ആകട്ടെ
പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ ലഭിക്കാത്ത സ്വപനങ്ങളുടെ പഴി ചാരൽ മാത്രം അകത്തെ നടത്തിയ വിധങ്ങളുടെ സന്തോഷ നന്ദി നിമിഷങ്ങൾ ആയി മാറട്ടെ അതു ദൈവത്തിനും നമുക്കും സന്തോഷ നിമിഷങ്ങൾ ആകട്ടെ... Prayer Changes things.
